Daniel Zvereff: Journals and Photographs of Uzbekistan:
Daniel Zvereff is a freelance designer, illustrator and photographer. He travels to the far corners of the world documenting his journeys through images and journals.
Prior to entering Uzbekistan I was bombarded with all sorts of horror stories including rampant bribery, theft and corruption at the border. Interestingly enough, entering the country was the easiest part of the entire journey. Once inside things began to get extremely difficult. Acquiring money, finding hotels and even crossing the street all required patience and time. These simple conveniences and many more that we take for granted all over the world skip this place. Traveling by taxi all over the country for five days, below are a few of the images I was able to capture.
